  Working process of electric wire making machine  
    
 
  The electronic cable manufacturing equipment can produce electronic cables as the following process:
1. Drawing
Bulk copper is formed into a wire of various diameters by passing it through a series of matrices.
2. Annealing
As the stretching process causes the copper to become hard and brittle, it must be annealed.
3. Strandings
With this electric cable making machine, the copper wires are twisted into strands that will be used to make flexible wires and cables.
4. Twisting
For this cable manufacturing equipment, the cable layers are braided to form copper conductors.
5. Isolation
Copper conductors, whether individual cables or multi-wire cables, are covered by PVC for current isolation.
6. Lay-up
With this electric cable manufacturing machine, three or four of these copper conductors with PVC insulation are assembled in the power cables.
7. Coating
For this cable manufacturing equipment, the complete cables are formed by copper conductor linings with double core PVC insulation or multiple cores with PVC.
8. Armor
Power cables for special purposes must be surrounded with steel wires to increase the strength of the cable structure.
