Working process of electric wire making machine
The electric cable manufacturing machine can produce electronic wires or cables as the following process:
1. Drawing
Bulk copper is formed into a wire of various diameters by passing it through a series of matrices.
2. Annealing
As the stretching process causes the copper to become hard and brittle, it must be annealed.
3. Strandings
With this electric cable making machine, the fine copper wire is braided into cords that will be used to make flexible wires and cables.
4. Twisting
For this electric cable manufacturing machine, the cable layers are braided to form copper conductors.
5. Isolation
Copper conductors, whether individual cables or multi-wire cables, are covered by PVC for current isolation.
6. Lay-up
With this electric cable manufacturing machine, three or four of these copper conductors with PVC insulation are assembled in the power cables.
7. Coating
